1. General requirements
Focus on the prevention and control of agricultural non-point source pollution, adhere to the problem-oriented and effect-oriented, and focus on recommending advanced, practical, and innovative prevention and control technologies. Apply the effect.
2. Collection content
This activity mainly collects individual and integrated key technologies such as farmland non-point source pollution prevention and control, livestock and poultry aquaculture pollution prevention and control, agricultural waste treatment and resource utilization, and agricultural non-point source pollution monitoring and evaluation.
3. Organizing and submitting
The technical collection work is mainly based on organizational recommendation, supplemented by self-recommendation, and extensively mobilizes relevant subjects to actively participate.
(1) Organizational declaration. All provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government), Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and the agricultural environmental protection and rural energy ecology departments of cities under separate state planning are requested to organize the provincial system units and contact the agricultural technology extension departments to actively carry out technical declaration work, which will be collected and stamped by the provincial-level units. The official seal is reported uniformly. Relevant scientific research institutions, colleges and universities, societies and associations, and key enterprises can apply directly, and submit directly with the official seal of the unit.
(2) Expert review. The Ecological Station of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs will organize experts to conduct a comprehensive review of the recommended technologies and select a list of technologies.
(3) Technology application. The key technologies will be compiled into a booklet, which will be printed and distributed in appropriate forms for reference.
4. Other requirements
(1) The application materials include a list of key technical points and content materials for the prevention and control of agricultural non-point source pollution. For specific requirements, please refer to Annexes 1 and 2.
(2) All localities and units are requested to do a good job of selection and recommendation in accordance with the requirements of the notice. The application materials are in duplicate, affixed with the official seal, and submitted to the Environmental Protection Office of the Ecological Station of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs before May 31, 2022. (3) In 2021, our station has collected some key technologies ("Notice of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Ecology Station on the Collection of Key Technologies and Comprehensive Models for the Prevention and Control of Agricultural Non-point Source Pollution" (Agricultural Ecology (Huan) [2021] No. 3)), which have been previously The submitted key technologies can no longer be submitted repeatedly, and will be unified with the selection and release of the submitted technologies.
